GMS is seeking experienced plumbers to join our growing team. Fourth year apprentices who are seeking experience with an innovative company are encouraged to apply.

About the role

GMS conducts work across a number of restricted sites in the Darwin area, not remote work. We require plumbers with the ability to work independently and solve a range of simple to complex hydraulic problems, all to a high standard of workmanship.

Safety is a critical part of the role and the successful applicant must be able to correctly complete the required safety documentation.

Gold Medal Services employs all staff under the Modern Award. Staff are guaranteed a minimum of 38 hours payment per week. We pay overtime and after hours callouts. Superannuation guarantee is paid monthly.

Desirable skills and experience

current plumbers' licence (Journeyman or Advanced Tradesman)

backflow and thermostatic mixing valve endorsements desirable

current Manual NT driver's licence - HR license desirable

construction white card

must have own hand tools including benders, small power tools and flaring tool

licences in confined space entry, elevated work platform and civil excavation are an advantage
