Protech are looking for Document Controller to perform work with our Valued Client in the Canberra region on a civil infrastructure project.

ABOUT THE ROLE

• Canberra Based with odd trip to Sydney
• Mon to Fri role 8:30 to 4:30
• Casual role with the aim to go Permanent for the right applicant

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain and distribute up-to-date version-controlled documents
• Register and file project correspondence in line with filing protocols
• Provide training and support on document control systems
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards
• Assist with document handover processes
• Communicate any document-related issues that may impact project delivery

TICKETS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• Prior experience in a document control role, preferably in construction or engineering related industries
• Demonstrable knowledge of the principles for management of version-controlled documents.
• Prior use of a document management system, experience with Teambinder / Ineight Computer Software highly desirable
• Intermediate to advanced computer literacy – (Microsoft Suite).
• Current drivers licence.
• Developed written and verbal communication skills.
