Position: Disability Support Worker

Location: North West Tasmania

Employment Type: Casual

Salary: 40+ an hour

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide personalised support to individuals with disabilities in their daily activities.

- Assist with personal care, mobility, and community access.

- Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes independence and dignity.

- Maintain accurate records and documentation of services provided.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in disability support or related fields is preferred.

- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certificate III in Individual Support) are an advantage.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- A genuine commitment to enhancing the lives of individuals with disabilities.

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
