Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse Advisor to join our team on a casual basis, working 2-3 days per week. This role is ideal for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about clinical education, mentoring and professional development in the disability support sector.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will provide clinical advice, training, conduct audits and reviews and establish effective processes for the delivery of high-quality care for our clients.

You will play a key role in developing, delivering and coordinating training programs to support best-practice clinical care. You will develop client health support plans and ensure compliance with accreditation standards. You will be essential in leading complex clinical care processes, working closely with service managers and support staff to drive continuous improvement.

About You

* Clinical nursing experience, preferably in disability or aged care

* Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

* Experience in developing and delivering clinical education programs

* Experience in mentoring, coaching, and supporting multi-disciplinary teams

* Understanding of adult learning principles and competency-based assessment

* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

* Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable)
