ABOUT THE ROLE
Triple is proud to be delivering a high-profile national infrastructure program for a major Australian banking institution. This includes the installation of ATMs and the refresh of retail bank branches across Australia.
We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Lease Coordinator to support this rollout by leading lease negotiations for ATM placements in retail and commercial sites nationwide. Based at our Kirrawee office, this is a 12-month fixed term contract with the opportunity to make a real impact on a large-scale national initiative.
Lead end-to-end lease negotiations for ATM sites across retail and commercial properties in Australia.
Liaise with landlords, agents, legal advisors, and internal stakeholders to secure optimal lease terms.
Maintain and manage a lease register, including key dates, renewals, and obligations.
Support project teams by ensuring lease execution aligns with installation timelines and compliance requirements.
Collaborate closely with Project Directors, Project Managers, Architects
Monitor risk, ensure contractual compliance, and support resolution of leasing issues as they arise.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
5+ years' experience in property management, commercial leasing, or retail project coordination.
Proven ability to manage multiple site rollouts, ideally in banking or retail infrastructure.
Strong understanding of lease structures, contract negotiation, and facilities management.
Experience managing third-party vendors and cross-disciplinary teams.
In-depth knowledge of Australian property and planning regulations.
