With a strong presence across both regional and metropolitan locations, they remain independently owned and focused on supporting local communities. The firm has grown to a team of around 100 staff and continues to expand while maintaining a people-first approach.

About the Role:

A rare opportunity is available for a Senior Accountant to work remotely as part of a high-performing business services team. You’ll collaborate with Managers and a Partner, managing a diverse portfolio of business and family group clients across a range of industries including agriculture, construction and professional services. The firm provides the tools and support to succeed in a fully remote setup, with regular team interaction and structured development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements and tax returns for companies, trusts, partnerships and SMSFs
• Deliver tax planning, structuring and business advisory services
• Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance
• Use Xero and cloud-based systems to manage workflow and reporting
• This is a remote role.

About You:

• Degree qualified and currently pursuing or have completed CA/CPA.
• Ideally 4+ years Australian public practice accounting experience
• Professional, confident and driven personality
• Currently based in Australia
