What you’ll be doing

Leading and reviewing a portfolio of audit engagements across large private companies, groups, and NFPs

Managing client relationships and being the key contact across engagements

Mentoring and guiding a team of junior and intermediate auditors

Contributing to internal training, technical development, and process improvements

Ensuring compliance with Australian Auditing Standards and overseeing quality control

Actively participating in planning and closing meetings and providing commercial insights

What we’re looking for

CA or CPA qualified

6-7+ years of audit experience in a reputable public practice firm

Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage end-to-end audits

Exceptional people skills and ability to build trust with clients and team members

Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem solving

Confidence to lead, train, and inspire a team

Australian PR or Citizen is a MUST.
