About the role
Join Cirka as our a People Change Advisor in a growing and dynamic business. This newly created role will be a key member of the People & Culture team and responsible for facilitating people change related to the introduction of new business processes, technologies and systems, organisational structure changes and other strategic initiatives.
You will be accountable for developing and executing change management processes to ensure smooth transition, addressing any identified areas of resistance and supporting employees in the adoption of new processes, systems or methodologies. The People Change Advisor will work with employees across all levels of the business, providing support and advice to people managers to help them embed change in their teams.
What you'll be doing
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans for projects or change initiatives that maximise employee adoption.
Evaluate the impact of planned organisational changes, relating to implementation of new processes, systems or structures.
Conduct impact analyses to identify potential risks and resistance points and develop mitigation plans.
Lead change management work streams with a structured methodology and provide reporting and other updates to project teams and other stakeholders.
Identify and engage with key stakeholders across all levels of the business to provide support, ensure change initiatives are embedded.
Design and deliver effective communication plans to ensure that relevant stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the change process.
Develop and deliver training and/or coaching to provide employees with the tools, knowledge, and skills required to successfully adapt to change.
Measure performance and progress of change initiatives with defined success metrics and scheduled reporting.
Identify opportunities for improvement and update change management processes accordingly.
What we're looking for
Tertiary qualification or similar experience in relevant fields such as Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, Organisational Change Management or a related field.
Demonstrable experience in a role leading change processes, with a deep understanding of change management principles, techniques and tools.
Experience in developing and delivering training to provide employees with the tools, knowledge, and skills required to successfully adapt to change.
Commercial mindset, with a broad understanding of facilities / service labour-based business and able make informed decisions.
Strong critical thinking, decision-making skills in response to high-pressure situations.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills and experience in collaborating with internal and external users, with an ability to influence and build relationships at all levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and acts with credibility, integrity and independence, constructively challenging decisions when required.
Understanding of project management methodologies (i.e. Waterfall, Agile/Scrum, or hybrid models).
