Order Fulfilment: Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time. Collaborate with production teams to expedite orders and meet customer due dates.

Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that products meet our high standards before shipping.

Inventory Management: Receive, inspect, and record incoming shipments of products. Organise and maintain accurate inventory records using our inventory management system and cycle stock counts. Maintain accurate stock levels.

Equipment Operation: Operating warehouse equipment, such as handheld forklifts and pallet jacks.

Warehouse Organisation: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Use appropriate equipment to move, store, and organize materials efficiently.

Workplace Health and Safety: Complying with all Workplace safety regulations, protocols, and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Conducting safety audits and inspections.

Returns: Unpack process and dispatch all returns and exchanges.

Collaborate with production teams to expedite orders and ensure customer due dates are met.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify areas for process improvement within the warehouse operations.
