We love what we do at the Richmond Inn and are looking for experienced Bar/Gaming attendants to share our passion and become part of our valued team.

The Richmond Inn is a popular hospitality venue located in Richmond. In this casual position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of our bars and gaming area

What you'll be doing

Provide friendly and efficient service to customers, taking orders and processing payments

Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests

Maintain a clean, organised and well-stocked bar area

Assist customers with gaming machines and monitor gaming activities

Ensure compliance with all relevant liquor licensing and gaming regulations

Contribute to a positive and welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any concerns

What we're looking for

Reliability

Experienced Bar/Gaming attendants

Outgoing, confident and friendly, with a passion for the industry

Enjoy customer interaction, approachable with good people skills

Strong communicator with a focus on delivering excellent customer service

Positive attitude with a cheerful demeanour

Knowledge of various alcoholic and non-alcoholic drink preparations

Familiarity with gaming machine operations and regulations

Team players, the ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently

Current RSA and RCG are a must to apply

Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, late nights, weekends and public holidays
