As a key safety leader, you'll head up our Recover@Work team, supporting injured team members and guiding leaders through best practice recovery and injury management. You'll shape strategy, partner with our insurance broker, influence premiums, and build a strong, proactive safety culture.

In this role, you'll lead and inspire a national team to deliver best practice recovery and injury management, ensuring our people feel supported every step of the way.

You'll bring to the table:

• Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Safety and Health or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 10 years' experience in Safety and Health, with a strong track record in system and performance improvement
• Strong project coordination skills, with exceptional time management, prioritisation, and organisational abilities
• Proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal stakeholders, key suppliers, and industry contacts
• Demonstrated discretion, confidentiality, and leadership with a genuine passion for safety and wellbeing
• Resilient and adaptable, with the ability to thrive in a high-performance, high-pressure environment
• Innovative thinker who's not afraid to challenge the status quo and bring new ideas to life
• A strong team player who values collaboration and believes in shared success
• Current QLD Working with Children Check
