About the role

Onlyhealth is seeking a Weekend Pharmacist (10am-2.00pm) to join our team in Bundamba, QLD. This part-time role will see you providing expert pharmaceutical care to our patients over the weekend, ensuring the safe and effective dispensing of medications. As a member of our healthcare team, you'll play a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of our local community.

This role is low-pressure with minimal workload. We're extending trading to weekends in response to customer requests, so it will likely be quiet initially. Depending on demand, we may consider extending the hours in the future.

The start date is flexible to suit your availability.

What you'll be doing

Dispensing medications accurately and efficiently using Z dispense

Providing patient counselling on the proper use of medications

Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care

Maintaining detailed records and inventory of pharmaceutical supplies

Staying up-to-date with the latest pharmaceutical industry regulations and best practices

What we're looking for

Registered Pharmacist with a valid licence to practice in Australia (AHPRA)

Strong knowledge of pharmacy operations, medication management, and patient care

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare providers

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centred care
