Tamborine Village Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead our passionate and community-focused team. Located in the heart of Tamborine, our pharmacy plays a vital role in supporting the health and wellbeing of local residents.

This is a permanent full-time role offering flexibility and autonomy, a 4-day working week with no late night shifts or weekends. As Pharmacist Manager, you will be responsible for the overall management and operation of the pharmacy, while fostering a positive culture and ensuring the highest standard of patient care.

About the Role

As the Pharmacist Manager, your responsibilities will include:

Overseeing the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring professional and regulatory standards are upheld

Leading and mentoring the pharmacy team to achieve operational excellence and exceptional customer service

Implement and expand professional services including vaccinations, medication reviews, and dose administration aids

Managing stock, scheduling, financial performance, and QCPP compliance

Building strong relationships with patients, healthcare professionals, and the wider community

What We’re Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A Bachelor of Pharmacy (or equivalent)

Current General Registration with AHPRA

Demonstrated experience in community pharmacy management or leadership

Strong organisational and communication skills

A collaborative and proactive approach to patient care and team leadership
