Looking for a workplace where you can truly thrive?
Where your passion for working with children and adolescents is supported by a collaborative, caring team?
At Lawson Clinical Psychology, we’re inviting a Clinical Psychologist to join our West Perth and/or Claremont teams — someone who’s passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives.
Whether you're looking for a full-time role or prefer flexible part-time or contracting options, we’ll tailor a working arrangement that suits your lifestyle and career goals.
Why Join Lawson Clinical Psychology?
At LCP, we believe that clinicians do their best work when they feel valued, supported, and inspired. Here’s a glimpse into life at Lawson:
Work on your terms – Set your hours, choose your client types, and enjoy flexibility over your diary.
Sustainable caseload – A full-time caseload is capped at 20–25 clients (minimum of 4 per day), giving you space for high-quality clinical care and balance.
Time to breathe – Enjoy a dedicated paperwork/admin day each week, with the option to work from home.
Real support for child and adolescent work – Be remunerated for consultation and liaison time, and access joint case discussions with child and adolescent psychiatrists and paediatricians.
Grow your career – Develop a tailored career pathway with opportunities in supervision, research, CPD, or non-clinical projects.
Learn and connect – Access individual (10 per annum) and peer supervision, regular in-house CPD, and a team that genuinely enjoys learning together.
Beautiful spaces – Work in warm, light-filled, soundproofed clinics designed with both client comfort and therapist wellbeing in mind.
Feel part of something great – Join a cohesive, experienced team that values laughter, learning, and looking after each other, and a focus on team culture.
Admin taken care of – Our dedicated client relationship team handles intake, triage, and logistics, so you can focus on your clients.
We offer a secure and competitive remuneration package including base salary, superannuation, and a generous revenue share bonus. You’ll also receive a $1000 annual CPD allowance, included supervision, in-house professional development, and lifestyle perks to support your wellbeing.
Lawson Clinical Psychology is proud to be Certified™ by Great Place To Work® in 2025. The prestigious award is based entirely on what current employees say about their experience working at Lawson Clinical Psychology.

About Lawson Psychology
At Lawson Clinical Psychology, we do things differently and deliberately.
We’ve built a practice where exceptional clinicians thrive and clients receive care that changes lives. Clinical excellence is our baseline, not our end goal. We back it with expertise, meaningful connection, and a culture that values learning, honesty and heart.
We take a collaborative, bottom-up approach to leadership. Our team shapes the practice, drives innovation, and supports one another with their meaningful, high-impact work. At Lawson, we’re not here to blend in. We’re here to raise the bar for our clients, profession, and each other.
