Position Overview

We are currently seeking a highly capable and adaptable Critical Risk Team Member to join our onsite operations. This multi-skilled position plays a vital role in ensuring the safety and efficiency of critical risk tasks across the site.

As a Critical Risk Team Member, you will take on a range of responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Emergency Response Team Leader

Emergency Response Team Member

Permit Controller

Vessel Maintenance Supervisor

Site Access Controller

This role is designed for experienced professionals with a broad skillset and the ability to manage and respond effectively to a variety of critical risk activities. You will be an essential part of a team that ensures safety, compliance, and operational continuity in a high-risk environment.

Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Maintaining operational readiness

Participating in ongoing Professional Development Activities

Reporting all issues and concerns through the correct channels

Ensuring documentation is accurately completed and records maintained

Applying professional conduct at all times

Essential Criteria

Provide First Aid, Issue work permits, Confined Space Entry, Gas Test Atmospheres and Work Safely at Heights

Industry experience and High work ethic

Eligible to obtain National Police Clearance and Defence Clearance

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Advanced First Aid

Confined Space Rescue

Undertake Vertical Rescue

Conduct Fire Team Operations

First Attack Firefighting

Operate Breathing Apparatus

Strong ethic toward maintaining positive team dynamic

High personal standard of dress and bearing
