Position: Tourism Team Member

Are you a people-person who loves variety in your week? We are looking for a reliable and enthusiastic team member to join our vibrant tourist park. This is a customer service-focused role where no two days are the same!

🗓 Availability Requirements:

7-day flexibility

Weekends and school holidays are essential

25+ hours a week

🌟 About the Role:

You’ll be the face of our park, providing a welcoming and memorable experience for our guests. Your role will rotate between:

Ticket Desk Operations:

Use of point-of-sale and booking systems

Providing helpful information to guests

Processing admissions and reservations

Overboard Boat Ride Attendant:

Ensuring guest safety and enjoyment

Operating ride controls and managing guest flow

Delivering friendly service with a smile

Use of point-of-sale, booking systems and Excel

Tasting Room Assistant:

Create tasting plates for guests joining the factory tour

Moving across the park to cover lunch breaks

Maintaining cleanliness and stock levels

✅ We’re Looking For:

A friendly and approachable personality

Strong customer service skills

Confidence using point of sale and booking systems

Ability to multitask and work well under pressure

A team player with a can-do attitude!

Previous experience in tourism or a customer service role is an advantage, but we’re happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
