Feaver Tools Pty Ltd manufactures & supplies Quality Drilling equipment to the Australian & International Drilling Industry. Feaver's clients vary from large Multi-National Drilling & Mining companies to Local Family-owned Drilling Contractors.

We focus on Quality & Service to our clients which has seen our workshops & team expand here in Welshpool. To keep our service levels, we currently require Trade Qualified Boilermaker / Welders for long term positions for day & afternoon shifts

ABOUT THE ROLE

We require qualified and experienced boilermaker / welders to manufacture parts and components to our customers specifications at our Welshpool workshops.

Reading and interpreting engineering drawings, diagrams and work instructions to determine the most efficient and effective work processes

Setting up, adjusting and maintaining welding equipment to optimize performance and productivity

Operating pipe rotators, MIG & Sub-arc welders and general fabrication welding

Collaborating with the engineering team to improve machining processes and identify opportunities for greater efficiency

Maintaining detailed production records and reporting on key metrics for traceability

Ensuring all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Extensive experience as a Welder / Boilermaker, including rotating pipe, fabrication and sub-arc processes

Proven ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, diagrams and work instructions

Keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality

Excellent time management and organizational skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Relevant trade qualifications or certifications

Forklift & Overhead crane experience
