Registered Nurse – NDIS Clinical Lead
Location: Western Sydney, Liverpool and Cabramatta

Are you a passionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking to make a real impact in the disability sector? We’re seeking a clinically driven and proactive RN to lead high-quality care delivery and clinical governance across our NDIS services.

Key Responsibilities

• Clinical Governance & Quality: Ensure care meets best practice, NDIS standards, and drives continuous improvement.
  
  
• Risk & Incident Management: Conduct risk assessments, respond to incidents, and maintain emergency preparedness.
  
  
• Medication & Clinical Oversight: Manage safe medication practices and provide/supervise complex health supports.
  
  
• Training & Delegation: Train and support staff, delegate tasks appropriately, and ensure ongoing competency.
  
  
• Collaborative Care Planning: Work with allied health and families to develop person-centred care plans.
  
  
• Compliance & Documentation: Keep detailed clinical records aligned with audit and NDIS requirements.
  
  
• Professional Conduct: Maintain AHPRA standards, uphold ethical practice, and commit to ongoing development.
  
  

What You’ll Bring

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
  
  
• Experience in disability, community, or related clinical settings
  
  
• Strong knowledge of NDIS compliance and quality standards
  
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and documentation skills
  
  
• Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams
  
  
• Current Driver’s Licence (for client visits)
  
  

Desirable

• Experience with high-intensity health supports
  
  
• Additional certifications (e.g., infection control, medication management)
  
  
• Proficiency in Vietnamese – highly regarded but not essential
