Location: Sydney | WFH: 3 days per week

About the Role

• Join a high-performing Projects team at a top Microsoft Partner
• Design and deliver Microsoft Cloud and infrastructure solutions
• Work across Azure, M365, Modern Workplace, and security
• Handle L3 escalations from the BAU team
• Collaborate with Customer Success to shape client roadmaps
• Deliver seamless project handovers and documentation

Skills & Experience Required

• Australian PR or Citizenship - essential
• Strong recent experience in a Managed Services Provider (MSP) - essential
• Excellent communication skills
• Current escalation for L3 & Hands on in Project work (inc design)
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, M365, Intune, Defender, Exchange, AD
• Windows Server and virtualisation (Hyper-V or VMware)
• Networking experience (FortiGate and/or HP Aruba preferred)
• Backup & DR exposure (Azure Backup, Datto etc.)
