ROUSSOS Recruitment is partnering with a leading Adelaide architecture practice known for delivering a diverse project portfolio in the Tier 1 market. You’ll have the opportunity to work across a broad range of project types and sectors including health, education, residential, commercial and retail. Working closely with the Directors, you’ll lead with mentorship and drive, and guide award-winning teams across projects here in South Australia.

The Role

• Lead the design and delivery of large-scale projects from concept through to construction.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants and internal teams to develop solutions that are both pragmatic and bold.
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to the growth of the studio’s capability and culture.

The Like Mind

You’ll be a Registered Architect in Australia with 8+ years’ experience and proficiency in Revit. This studio holds a strong reputation with a loyal client base, so your ability to build and maintain positive relationships will be key. You’ll be confident leading projects through all phases, particularly documentation and construction — and take pride in delivering work to a high standard.
