Niche Reform is a well-established construction business working across inner-city/inner west Brisbane, and we’re looking for qualified Landscapers and Carpenters to join our growing team.

About the Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality residential landscaping and building projects — from interpreting site plans and quotes to achieving standout finishes. This hands-on role offers autonomy and the chance to work as part of a skilled and supportive team.

What You’ll Do

Complete residential landscaping and building projects based on site plans and drawings

Work independently and with the team across various Brisbane sites

Maintain high standards of quality, time management, and clear communication

Represent the business professionally when liaising with clients

What You’ll Bring

Certificate III in Landscape Construction (or equivalent) or Carpentry

Experience in landscape and/or building construction

Current and valid Driver’s Licence + White Card

Strong ability to read and interpret plans and follow project instructions

Excellent communication and attention to detail

A proactive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
