CARPENTERS! PAINTERS!

We have 2 carpentry positions and a painter position available for the right candidate!

Bathroom and kitchen renovations - We are looking for a qualified carpenter to take charge of these jobs, someone who can be given the scope and a run through on site and then confidently be left to complete the work. An apprentice will also likely work with you on these jobs so you are a team of 2.

This role comes with a work ute, fuel card and ipad that jobs are run off.

Full time position (inc holiday and personal leave + super)

Applicant must have all tools of the trade required, preferably in a trailer

Excellent rate of pay based on experience

New builds (Timber frame modular homes) - We are looking for a qualified carpenter for our Townsville workshop to be part of the construction of new modular homes. The applicant must have timber framing experience as well as experience in external cladding, internal sheeting and internal fitout, experience in other areas such as fascia/gutter and roofing is also a bonus. You will need to work well in a team and have a good eye for detail, our workshop is a excellent team environment and a great place to work year round. The role also involves the install of our modular homes around QLD, typically for no more than a week at a time, if not wishing to be part of an install this is not mandatory for every employee.

PAINTERS - We require an employee QUALIFIED painter to join our team of carpenters and other trades. As we complete smaller renovations as well as our new modular homes we need a painter on the books to follow the other trades and finish these jobs. Must be reliable and have attention to detail

Casual position with full time offered after successful completion 3 month probation period

Work vehicle can be arranged after completion of 3 month probation period

Must have own tools of the trade
