Starting salary $73,361.60 p.a. + Allowances + 6 Weeks Leave + Super Matching Scheme.

We have an exciting opportunity for two experienced people to fill Town Maintenance Officer roles within our Infrastructure team in Onslow.

Reporting to the Town Maintenance Coordinator, TMOs are responsible for performing general activities relating to the maintenance and upgrade of parks, gardens, public spaces and roads while ensuring safe operations and minor maintenance of plant and equipment. The positions also assist with waste services when required.

Our ideal candidates will have the ability to work outdoors in Pilbara conditions along with previous experience in lawn and/or garden maintenance. MR or HR licence and plant operator certificates will be highly regarded, as would horticultural experience. Candidates must also have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Some travel to other Shire towns may be required from time to time.

This position offers a competitive remuneration package and six weeks' annual leave. All terms and conditions are as per the Shire of Ashburton Enterprise Agreement 2022.
