Role and Responsibilities:

Conduct individualised assessments to understand clients' functional capacities.

Develop and implement tailored intervention strategies focusing on the environment, activities, and personal capacities.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.

Prepare detailed reports to support NDIS plan reviews and recommendations.

Requirements:

Degree in Occupational Therapy and current registration with AHPRA.

Experience in home visits, functional capacity assessments, assistive technology prescription, and home modifications.

Strong commitment to client-centered care and evidence-based practice.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Own vehicle and valid driver’s license.

Laptop for documentation and communication.
