Since establishing the business, we have grown steadily and now have 3 studios in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

About the Role

We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Officer to join our small and friendly head office team at Larsen Jewellery. This is a part-time position, two days per week, based at our Sydney CBD office on Market Street, with the possibility of working from home one day per week depending on the candidate and business needs.

Your main responsibility will be to manage accounts payable processes efficiently and accurately, helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day financial operations of the business.

This role is perfect for someone with maturity, accuracy, and a solid understanding of accounts payable.

Key Responsibilities

Process supplier invoices

Reconcile accounts and follow up on discrepancies

Prepare weekly payment runs

Maintain accurate records and filing

Liaise with suppliers regarding queries or payment terms

Provide general support to the finance and operations team

About You

Some experience in accounts payable or similar finance/admin role

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

Mature and professional approach to work

Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team

Competent with Excel and accounting systems (we use MYOB)
