About The Centre
Thrive Early Learning Centres, Picton is our purpose built centre operating Monday to Friday, 7am – 6pm.
The centre is licensed for up to 63 children per day, aged from 6 weeks to 5 years age.
About The Role
We are looking for a fully qualified educator to join our team.
We are looking for a professional educator with experience in programming and the ability to inspire, motivate and maintain a positive learning culture within the centre for children, families and other educators.
You will be joining a supportive team where your ideas, input and voice is not only heard but welcomed and encouraged!
Your main responsibilities will be to:
Build and maintain meaningful relationships with children, families and colleagues.
Have sound knowledge of and demonstrate high-quality practice in line with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
Work in positive collaboration with all members of the team.
Maintain effective communication with parents/carers.
Actively contribute to the educational program through conversations, observations, and documentation.
Successful candidates will have:
A completed Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
A current NSW Employee Working With Children's Check
Sound and practical working knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) & National Quality Standard (NQS)
