The Role:

Casual & Part-time position available: 8 to 35 hours a week

Friday and Saturday night availability is essential

Opportunity for additional hours as the venue grows.

Duties include setting up, running food, packing down, and engaging in friendly customer interactions

Requires a sharp eye for detail and multitasking skills.

Work alongside career hospitality professionals who are passionate about what they do

About You:

You're calm, friendly, and bring a can-do attitude

You have a genuine interest in Melbourne's dining and wine scene

Passionate about quality service and creating memorable experiences

Familiarity with modern European and Italian cuisine is a plus

Wages offered based on experience with both casual and part-time roles available. As we're a new restaurant and a large one, there is plenty of room for growth and career expansion.
