What your day will look like….

In this role, you'll be working at the heart of medical imaging, performing a wide range of diagnostic procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, MRIs, and ultrasounds. You'll assess and investigate patients, liaising with consultants for feedback on your findings and delivering preliminary reports for review. As you continue developing your skills, you'll begin providing procedural radiology services under supervision. Your day will involve collaborating closely with other healthcare professionals, ensuring that patients receive comprehensive, quality care. You will actively contribute to the education of medical students, nursing staff, and fellow professionals, while also offering guidance to junior staff. As a key player in a busy, supportive environment, you'll help ensure that operations run smoothly, all while engaging in ongoing learning and development to further refine your expertise.

You will receive a competitive remuneration package comprising salary rates between $129,583 (L4) and $150,240 p.a. (L9), plus motor vehicle allowance (if applicable), professional development allowance, professional development leave 3.6 weeks p.a., regional attraction allowance, professional indemnity cover and private practice arrangements. Superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) will be applied additionally to the total remuneration value.
