We're hiring experienced production workers for a hands-on role in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility. You'll start with key tasks like labelling, cleaning, and materials handling-with the opportunity to move into different roles.

This is a factory-based role, not hospitality. We're looking for candidates with backgrounds in food processing, manufacturing, warehouse, or factory work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Morning shift: 4:00am starts - enjoy early finishes
• Label and pack food products on the production line
• Clean tubs, crates, and work areas to strict hygiene standards
• Move, lift, and organise stock and packaging
• Work in a chilled environment as part of a structured process

Progression available for those who show initiative:

• Support basic food production and assembly tasks
• Assist production operators and supervisors
• Uphold HACCP and food safety standards

You'll Need:

• Proven experience in food production, factory work, or manufacturing
• Physically fit - able to handle repetitive manual tasks
• Full Australian working rights
• Driver's licence and reliable transport (essential due to early starts)
• Willingness to work in cold, fast-moving environments
