Randstad is currently seeking a motivated and reliable Factory Hand to join our client in Sorell. you'll be working closely with a small, supportive team to assist in the production of polyurethane water tanks using rotational moulding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assisting in the manufacturing and demoulding of polyurethane water tanks

Operating around rotational moulds and production equipment

Performing heavy lifting as part of daily duties

Using power tools and equipment safely and efficiently

Operating forklifts (license required)

Working effectively within a team to meet production targets and deadlines

Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

About You:

Physically fit and comfortable with manual labour

Previous factory or production experience highly regarded

Confident with power tools and machinery

Forklift license essential

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Willing to learn and follow safety procedures
