Logiwest Express is a local privately owned Transport and Logistics service provider operating across Perth and throughout the South-West, Mid-West, and Great Southern regions of Western Australia. Our dynamic business is currently seeking to employee an entry level office based operations assistant to support our Albany team.

Working under the direction of the onsite Supervisor, the successful candidate will be required to fulfil a multi-faceted role including Fleet Control (job allocation and driver monitoring), and general administrative and operations support.

Key duties will include:

· Fleet Control for 10 to 20 drivers

· Job bookings and queries

· Customer service and support via telephone and email

· General Administration and Operations support activities

Prerequisites for the role are:

· Some experience in a comparable role

· Computer Literacy

· Front line experience with Customers

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· The ability to work within a team environment and take direction

Desirable skills and experience include:

· Exposure to the Transport sector

· Forklift ticket and experience

The successful candidate will enjoy a supportive and dynamic work place and have the opportunity to develop and expand their skill set. The role is permanent full time; the salary will be negotiated through the interview process.
