As a DIDO/FIFO Project Surveyor , you will play a pivotal role in our organisation, overseeing and managing surveying projects from inception to completion. You will collaborate closely with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects. Your responsibilities will include conducting field surveys, data collection, processing and analysis, preparing reports, and providing technical expertise to support project teams.
What we are looking for:
- Conduct field surveys using advanced surveying equipment and techniques. (Trimble, Topcon, DJI Drones etc.).
- Collect, process, and analyze survey data, ensuring accuracy and quality.
- Prepare detailed survey reports, plans, and drawings.
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to define project requirements and objectives.
- Provide technical guidance and support to project teams.
- Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
- Monitor project progress, budget, and timelines.
- Assist in the development and implementation of surveying methodologies and strategies.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience
- Proficiency in using surveying instruments such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners.
- Strong knowledge of surveying principles, techniques, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using surveying software and data processing tools (12d, AutoCAD, GIS, TBC, 3d Office etc.).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team.
- A proactive mindset with a strong attention to detail.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality results and meeting project deadlines.
- Valid driver's license.
