You will take the customer through the diamond engagement and wedding ring purchasing journey with the ability to educate the customer, build strong rapport and deliver an exceptional client experience. With the opening of our new expanded showroom location in Brisbane, we are now offering a rare and fantastic opportunity for an experienced jewellery / retail / business manager to join our brand in an autonomous role where you will be an integral part of the Kavalri team.
The Role
This full time role is located at our new bespoke showroom in the heart of Brisbane, close to local amenities, shops, café, restaurants and easy transport access. We operate on an appointment basis to best provide our clients with a personalised experience. Being a highly autonomous role, you will confidently be able manage the customer purchasing journey from start to finish.
Additional duties include showroom order management, liaising with production, through to fulfilment of jewellery pieces for your clients and post purchase follow up. Whilst jewellery and diamond experience would be highly regarded this is not essential as we are after a candidate who is the right fit. You will receive initial product and client service training which will involve travel to Melbourne to undertake a dedicated training program in all aspects of the role along with ongoing training and development to ensure your continued success in the role.
Responsibilities:
This exciting role will involve:
End-to-end accountability for our Brisbane Showroom operations including client consultations, customer enquires (online and phone order) management, and post purchase support.
Take the customer through the end-to-end diamond engagement and wedding ring purchasing journey
Provide advice and guidance to help clients discover the perfect bespoke jewellery piece
Ensure we maintain our exceptional levels of customer service and aftersales support.
This role has exposure to all parts of the customer journey including general enquiries, order management, post-purchase follow up and more.
Great customer communication, proficient with IT systems, high attention to detail and motivated work ethic.

Strong work ethic and customer focused approach

Outstanding rapport-building abilities and a keen eye for detail
Experience in a retail sales environment and a passion for jewellery
Excellent verbal and written communication
High level of proficiency with technology & systems
We are flexible with workdays, but must include a Saturday
Ability to undertake occasional interstate work travel would be highly regarded
Experience with diamonds, gemstones, or jewellery is desirable, but not essential—we value a willingness to learn and grow
