About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to lead this high-volume flooring and tiles showroom on the Gold Coast. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, warehouse operations, and commercial business strategy. We are looking for a charismatic and hands-on leader with excellent communication skills, a passion for mentoring and developing teams, and a strong focus on achieving business goals.

Skills and Experience

• In-depth understanding of retail operations
• Proven ability to motivate a team to meet KPIs and sales targets
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with a hands-on management style
• Experience in staff recruitment and performance management
• Familiarity with inventory management and visual merchandising
• Experience with marketing strategies
• A trade/industrial background in Tiling and Flooring is highly desired
