Position - Accountant (General)

Full-Time - 38-40 hours per week

Salary - $75K to $85K plus Super

Required Qualifications: Higher Education and at least 2-3 years’ work experience relevant to the duties of the position. Must be a member of a Professional Body and Experience in Health or Community Service an advantage. Remote performance of duties will not be an option. Candidate must possess:

Excellent Communication and presentation skills and Attention to details; and

Be excellent team player.

Duties will include:

· Prepare the budget and support schedule for the assistance to each participant

· Prepare monthly financial statements to be submitted to participants or its representative

· Undertake audits and provide advice on matters relating to accuracy, and reasonableness of expenses and or payment requests

· Monitor the accuracy of information contained in the monthly financial reports and their compliance to statutory requirements

· Participate in liaising with participants and service providers to establish plan management agreements

· Prepare periodic financial reports to the Management and maintain internal control systems

· provide advice to Management
