Junior Contracts Administrator – Construction (Multi-Res)

A leading construction company with a strong pipeline of multi-residential projects is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Contracts Administrator to join their growing Brisbane team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their construction career to gain hands-on experience and grow within a supportive environment.

About the Role Working closely with experienced Contracts Administrators and Project Managers, you'll assist in managing contract and procurement processes for multi-residential builds. You'll be exposed to the full project lifecycle and receive ongoing mentorship to build your technical and commercial skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation, review, and administration of construction contracts
• Support procurement processes, including issuing and evaluating subcontractor packages
• Maintain contract records, registers, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Help manage project costs, budgets, variations, and claims
• Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Learn to interpret contract terms and identify potential risks
• Provide general administrative support to the project team

What We're Looking For

• Up to 2 years of experience in a contract administration or construction support role
• Exposure to or strong interest in multi-residential construction projects
• Basic understanding of construction contracts
• Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
• Good communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or construction management software
• A relevant tertiary qualification (or working towards one) in construction management, law, quantity surveying, or a related field
