W Cosmetics is looking for an experienced retail leader to lead the team for our Miranda Store!
Key Responsibilities:
· Ensure the smooth and efficient daily operation of the store.
· Engage and motivate staff to achieve KPIs while delivering exceptional customer care.
· Develop and implement merchandising strategies and updates.
· Coach and mentor your staff on customer service standards and product knowledge.
· Address customer complaints or inquiries, documenting and reporting issues to HQ.
· Recruit, select, onboard, and train employees while conducting performance appraisals and implementing performance improvement plans as needed.
· Maintain up-to-date staff documentation and performance reviews.
· Manage the weekly roster and oversee fortnightly payroll timesheets.
· Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports and analyses to senior management.
· Oversee inventory management, forecast sales trends and plan upcoming promotions by determining required stock quantities.
· Ensure all operational and merchandising standards are being upheld.
· Uphold visual merchandising standard and implement VMD (visual merchandise delivery), to ensure all products and presented in the correct Visual Merchandising Standards.
· Regularly tour the sales floor, engaging with staff and customers to identify and resolve immediate issues.
· Liaise with third-party suppliers and shopping centre management.
The ideal candidate will have:
· Proven experience in retail management.
· Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire and develop a team.
· Ability to drive sales and meet performance targets.
· Ability to manage and resolve customer complaints or issues effectively.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· A focus on the delivery of a luxurious client experience and quality customer service.
· A high degree of professionalism and maturity in all aspects of your duties.
· Outstanding personnel image and presentation standards in line with W Cosmetics guidelines.
