Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a passionate team to exceed sales goals and deliver exceptional customer experiences

Develop and execute store strategies in collaboration with the District Manager

Manage day-to-day store operations including training, floor sets, and promotions

Foster a high-energy, positive environment for both customers and staff

Resolve customer concerns with a focus on satisfaction and brand loyalty

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in retail management with a focus on sales, customer service, and team leadership

A genuine passion for the brand and values

Strong business acumen and ability to drive store performance
