Eastern Colour is a large family owned and operated farm located in Applethorpe, Qld.

We grow strawberries, apples, and pears for the Queensland and New South Wales market, supplying both major retailers and independent fruit shops.

We are currently seeking a reliable Spray Operator for an ongoing position on our strawberry team!

This role may be for you if you:

Have good observational skills

Enjoy working by yourself

Are comfortable driving machinery

Reporting to the Farm Managers, this position requires you to:

Have current chemical application accreditation or willingness to obtain

Be flexible with days worked and start times

Have a current drivers licence and own transport

Keep accurate and up to date records

Communicate well with all levels of the organisation.

Work within WH&S requirements

Work unsupervised

A Certificate in Horticulture or experience in crop spraying will be highly regarded but not essential.

The ideal candidate will be looking for a long-term position with a growing and dedicated team in a fun and focused work environment.

Remuneration will be negotiated depending on experience.
