What We’re Looking For:

Experience with PVC, Weldtec, Torch-on, or liquid systems

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

Demonstrated waterproofing experience

White Card, valid driver’s licence, and your own vehicle to carry materials to the job site.

Reliability, punctuality, and a solid work ethic

What We Offer:

Competitive starting pay from $35/hour + super + overtime ( rate is dependant on skill set ability )

All tools and equipment supplied

Fast-tracked, real-world learning on-site

Daily Responsibilities:

Installing sheet and liquid membrane systems to the highest standards

Clear communication with builders and clients

Site preparation and materials management

Representing Windon Waterproofing on premium projects
