We are looking for a Senior Farm Hand to join our team. Our well established farm consisitng of over 2,000 hect , has been family operated for over 80 years. We are seeking an experienced person with sound cattle and sheep husbandary skills. Broad and comprehensive farming knowledge will be essential with confidence in the operation and maintenance of farm equipment. They will require the ability to operate a range of farm machinery efficiently and safely for crop planting, broadacre spraying and pasture renovations.

The successful applicant will work with in existing programs of the farm including cropping, lambing, support during shearing time, working with cattle /sheep to muster for drenching, and other required tasks with in the farming program.

The duties required on this substantial mixed farming enterprise, include all aspects of stock management and stock husbandary. General farm work for the continued implementation of all current and developing farm programs.

Work hours will vary, determined by Seasonal requirements throughout the year.

Posess the ability to work together to plan and prioritise tasks.

Posess the ability to work unsupervised and collaboratively with the Manager, other staff and Contractors.

Chemical certificate or willing to obtain.

Successful applicant will agree to a probation period.
