About the Role:

As our Store Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of the store – responsible for driving sales, managing daily operations, motivating your team, and ensuring every customer leaves happy and well-rested. You'll blend your retail expertise with a flair for interiors and a genuine enthusiasm for helping customers create their dream bedrooms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team to meet sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service

Oversee all store operations including stock management, merchandising, and staffing

Implement promotional strategies and drive local marketing initiatives

Handle customer queries, feedback, and ensure resolution to a high standard

Train, and develop staff to build a strong, motivated team

Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming store environment

What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience in retail management (homewares or furnishings a bonus)

A customer-first attitude with excellent communication and leadership skills

Commercial awareness and the ability to analyze performance and drive results

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Strong computer skills

Weekend work on a rotational basis is a must
