In this role, you will take the lead in delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations, upholding the highest quality standards, and embodying the spirit of Green Cup while managing store growth and performance metrics.

What you'll be doing

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the venue, including managing staff, inventory, and budgets

Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction

Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing team

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Collaborate with the wider business to contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the company

Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming in-store experience

What we're looking for

A minimum of 2 years of experience in a hospitality management role, preferably within quick service restaurants (QSR).

Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong financial and commercial acumen.

A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences.
