🔍 What We’re Looking For

Minimum 3 years' experience preferred (we’ll consider less for the right fit — just no new grads)

Confident working with AAC, complex communication needs, and early language development

Strong understanding of the NDIS and comfortable supporting families through the process

Able to manage a full paediatric caseload with care and autonomy

Committed to neurodiversity-affirming, strength-based practice

Open to mentoring and supporting newer graduate clinicians

Collaborative, self-motivated, and values a warm, inclusive team culture
