My client is seeking a Group FP&A Analyst to join a high-performing, growing team. Duties will be varied and will include:

• Design and refine financial models for budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Analyse KPIs and financial trends to provide actionable insights.
• Deliver board and executive-level reporting with clear narratives.
• Prepare month-end variance analysis and support group-wide financial review processes.
• Conduct scenario modelling and evaluate business cases for key decisions and investments.
• Build and manage interactive dashboards and automate reporting
• Translate data into compelling presentations for senior stakeholders
• Present key insights and support the business with deep-dive analysis into revenue, cost, and productivity performance.
• Streamline FP&A processes and enhance data collection strategies.

To be successful in this role you will be highly proficient in financial reporting with a good understanding of business models. You will have previous experience in an FP&A or a Commercial Finance role, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Advanced Excel and previous experience with Power BI / data visualisation tools are essential.
