Role Responsibilities:

• Having fun
• Managing multiple tables in a section
• Making basic drinks and cocktails
• Running food and beverages
• Explaining dishes to customers
• General on-shift cleaning responsibilities
• Communicating with FOH and BOH teams
• Taking customers orders
• Celebrating with our customers
• Ensuring everyone has a fantastic evening

What do you need?

• Quality experience in either a bar or on the floor in a similar fast paced restaurant
• Reasonable availability (minimum 3-5 shifts per week)
• Outstanding communication skills
• A professional but fun attitude
• A friendly, energetic personality with an ability to build rapport easily
• Your certificate of Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA).
