Oversee all aspects of the kitchen, including menu planning, ingredient sourcing, and staff management

- Develop and execute innovative European inspired share plate menus that cater to a diverse range of palates -

Ensure consistent highquality food presentation and taste by maintaining strict quality control procedures -

Manage and lead a team of talented chefs and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment

- Work closely with the restaurant manager and front of house staff to ensure seamless communication and excellent customer service

- Monitor inventory levels and manage kitchen supplies to maintain efficiency and cost effectiveness Requirements.

- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a similar European cuisine focused restaurant - Strong knowledge and passion for European cuisine, specifically in share plate concepts

- Creativity and ability to develop new and exciting dishes that are both visually appealing and delicious - Exceptional organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment - Excellent leadership and team management skills
