About the Role
We’re looking for a talented and experienced Master Hairdresser to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide exceptional hair services to a diverse client base and mentor junior stylists in a thriving, creative environment.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a talented, motivated, and creative Master Hairdresser with a true passion for the hairdressing industry, ready to bring their skills, leadership, and enthusiasm to our vibrant salon.

You’ll be a great fit if you:

Have a minimum of 5 years’ experience as a qualified stylist

Are confident in all aspects of haircutting – short to long styles for both women and men

Have a strong understanding of colour, with up-to-date knowledge of modern techniques and trends

Are target-driven and motivated by realistic, uncapped commission opportunities

Deliver excellent customer service and excel at building strong, lasting client relationships

Demonstrate strong time management and organisational abilities to ensure a smooth, efficient salon experience for clients and the team

Are a true team player, thriving in a collaborative, supportive environment

Take pride in providing a personalised, high-end experience for every client

Enjoy mentoring junior stylists, sharing your knowledge and uplifting your team

Thrive in a professional environment with a positive, proactive attitude
