What does a Sales & Admin team member do?

We have 3 main customer segments that you will be working with:

Domestic (regular home owners)

Commercial businesses (food processing plants, factories, restaurants, schools, medical facilities, etc)

Body corporates (unit & townhouse complexes)

As a member of the Sales & Admin team, you will assist in the following:

Sales

converting new customers

rebooking existing customers

assisting technicians with sales

retaining existing customers

Administration

Booking, scheduling & rescheduling jobs

Preparing Sales Proposals using information from the technicians

Arranging access for scheduled jobs

Processing payment plans

Updating suppliers with insurance & licensing information

Complaint resolution

Assist in keeping the businesses running with odd jobs, which may include:

Authoring social media posts

Gathering customer feedback

Scheduling vehicle maintenance

Stock-taking & product ordering

Ordering uniforms

The list goes on…

To be considered you must:

Must be available to work in our office Monday - Friday 8am-4pm.

Have a minimum of two years experience in a sales or administrative role.
