🛠️ What You'll Be Doing

• Be the go-to contact for QCPP-accredited pharmacies
• Support new pharmacies joining the QCPP program
• Maintain and update pharmacy records and systems
• Keep processes smooth, consistent, and on time
• Contribute to projects, workshops & testing
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Spot ways to make things more efficient
• General admin and team support as needed

✅ What You'll Need

• Strong customer service experience
• Admin or office support background
• Comfortable with databases/CRMs
• Solid MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Great communicator - written & verbal
• Strong time management & attention to detail
• Health or pharmacy sector experience? Bonus!
